About Mornington Peninsula
For water enthusiasts, the clear waters of Port Phillip Bay are a haven for activities like snorkelling, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The bay is teeming with fascinating marine life, including dolphins and seals. To get up close and personal with these incredible creatures, join one of the many Mornington Peninsula boat tours. These guided experiences offer unique opportunities to encounter marine wildlife in their natural habitat, and for the truly adventurous, some cruises in Mornington Peninsula even allow you to swim alongside dolphins and seals!
Beyond its stunning coastlines, the Mornington Peninsula is home to over 50 wineries producing some of Australia’s finest cool-climate wines, particularly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Enjoy long, leisurely lunches at winery restaurants, or explore the famous Red Hill Market for artisan goods and gourmet treats.
If you wish to unwind, visit the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs that offers geothermal pools, spa treatments and breathtaking natural surroundings. It’s the ultimate spot to relax and rejuvenate, especially in the cooler months when the steam rises dramatically from the pools.
