Sudhir Warrier joined the company in 1990 in the capacity of a waiter, whilst studying. He rose through the ranks to be the CEO by 1998. Since then, he has been instrumental in taking the company to greater heights. With the wealth of experience garnered working with high profile tourism professionals who were past directors of the company, he is now recognised as one of the industry leaders within the Australian tourism space. Warrier has also been a director of the Australian Tourism Export Council for 4 years and a member of the Tourism Australian Advisory Panel in the past.
 

Ram Kumar

Chief Executive – Digital Operations & BPO

Ram provides strategic leadership and web presence management direction to offshore outsourced unit. Ram has over 20 years of experience in steering start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Spearheaded team sizes from 12 to 3600+ in various organisations including Xerox, RR Donnelley, Northgate Arinso etc. He's got broad exposure to domains such as Web Presence Management, Business Support Services, HRO & Compliance. An influencer in framing IT Laws for Kerala IT Mission during 2011, one among the very few representing Infopark, Kochi. Ram is an Engineer by qualification & an avid IT enthusiast.

Rosie is an experienced tourism & hospitality professional with over 17 years of experience across food and beverage, hotel operations, MICE, leisure and corporate market segments of sales. She holds a bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality and has worked for many prestigious venues and worldwide hotel chains. Rosie enjoys the challenge of ongoing strategic growth, embraces the art of negotiation with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.

Marine Operations Manager 

Captain Mujdat leads our marine operations team. Mujdat has over 18 years’ experience with an international navy and holds permits to operate unrestricted large vessels in international waters. Since 2005, he has been a full fledged Captain on Sydney Harbour and has extensive knowledge of safe cruise and vessel operations. Mujdat is a valuable member of the leadership team and displays exceptional team spirit and employee motivation. He is renowned on the harbour for his exceptional customer service ethos.  

Arun Prabhakaran 

Senior Manager - Inbound Reservation

He is responsible for nurturing relationships with B2B agents and for the day-to-day management of our distribution reservation team along with overseeing charter quotes & proposals.
